Default xj 4wd shift linkage

hey guys,
i was wondering where/or if they make a kit to replace the bushing is the 4wd shift linkage? i keep poping out of 4 low.. so i replaced motor mounts (they were bad) but its still doing it. so i looked at the shift linkage and one of the bushings is completly gone.and another one is wore... should i just go to local auto store and ask for bushings?

Are you referring to the green bushing on the linkage? I had this bushing pop out and the my local auto part store did not stock them. i had to go the the stealership. I believe the bushing itself was only a couple bucks though. Its kind of a pain to push back in as well. Just use lots of WD-40.

Not sure. Try a dealership.

I have the same issue. Instead of fixing the overly complicated OEM crap I'm going to do what these guys did:

Looks like it.

Why not try calling the phone number listed there and ask?

We are still working on sourcing all our parts to get you guys a direct 4wd linkage set up but this will get you going for now.
