Wiring question
I plan on running six 55 watt and two 100 watt halogens for offroad lighting. I will run two lights to a relay. My question is can I use the same interior switch powered to all relays?

on switch to multiple switches?
Shouldn't be a problem, the switch only completes 12 volts. only issue I see is a voltage decrease at each relay, which may prevent them from tripping ... but if it works, it hsould be safe.

IMHO I would only run one pair of lights per switch. I have 4 sets 3 in front and a rear set for backup/work lights. I wanted to have easy access to all switches even when dark and off road plus easy to see/reach.
Here are my lights and my switch pod.

I am wanting to keep the interior stock in appearance as much as possible. So I was hoping to be able to run all accessory lights off the stock fog light switch.

I guess what I'm wandering is who many amps can the stock fog light handle, and how many amps does it take to throw a relay?

The really is just a switching mechanism. Doesn't take much to use it. When in the closed position it runs the power from the battery to the load directly. Now you want 530 watts of light, let's assume you have 13.6v going to them nominal, that's 39Amps draw on the alternator. Are you planning on upgrading that or did you do it already. If you put these on separate switches like stated then you'll only use for what's on. Maybe go LED route and get less consumption lights.

I have not upgraded the alternator, but you are right I should definatley do that before adding the lights.
LEDs are too expensive for me.
I paid $26 for the pair of 100 watt lights and $10 a pair for the 55 watt lights. Thats $56 total for all lights.

The box on the lower right between the center console and passenger seat is another option -- each switch throws a relay for either front leds or reverse lights.
the plastic box is a $5 hobby box from radio shack (comes with the matching metal top). The switches are simple dual throw mini switches from radio shack.
