from what I see the stock rockers are still there, so unless he went ahead with cutting a hole in the bottom of those, fabbing a serious bracket that is welded up to the pinch seam and supported to the fame, and bolting through the stock rocker to that IMO it just wont hold up. Bolting these up to some built in sliders though...

Yeah the rock we have here is mainly shellrock and limestone. Its not as hard as the rock in the mountains. I second the idea of running bolts all the way through the rocker to a brace inside.
