Wheel well splase guards
Keep em' or ditch em'?
Just installed my lift, the new tires ripped one of the flares off already. I removed the bumper plastic and flares, and now this splash guard sticks out.
So should I trim them and keep them, or ditch them and throw some more undercoating down there?

I tossed mine when I trimmed. I wish I kept them sometimes. Like Saturday for instance. I was coaxed to play in a mud hole. I had some splash on through the door jamb. But I did hit the mud hole and go sideways when the ps dropped off into mud deep as my tires . It took me 3 hrs to clean the jeep and my hatred for mud continues. It took no skill and I'll have that **** dropping in my face for years to come now. Rock are so much better

Man I really butchered the title to the post cause I typed it up so fast. So much for auto correct hahaha.
Thanks for the help.

I took mine out when I flattened all the pinch welds and just painted it all black and put a pool noodle in the gap. Keeps the mud and rain out when im doorless quite well

A pool noodle?? That's genius hahah. Maybe I'll give it a try, I do have a random pool noodle in my garage.
