Default wheel spacers?!

Can you buy a good set of wheel spacers at your local auto parts store?

not that I have ever seen. you can buy the cheap crappy 3/16"-1/4" insert one's at o-reilly's but wouldn't recommend them. they are also illegal in my state. (the ones that slip over your lugs)

the adapters are legal in my state but not sold in stores that i have seen.

My philosophy is never trust a fart, and never trust a wheel spacer.
Seen a few break before and its not pretty.

If its your front tires rubbing at full lock then hit up a junkyard or craigslist and look for a pair of WJ (Grand Cherokee) lower control arms. Simple install and make a boat load of difference. Ride is improved as well. Very nice cheap and easy upgrade.

for the price of spacers you could get new wheels with more offset for the stance.

the control arm mod is a good one my buddy has it.
