Whats this noise?

i just changed all the lug nuts on my cherokee and now whenever it goes over 35mph there is an intolerable humming sound coming from the front left tire... any idea what it could be?

Did you torque the lug nuts twice?

This^ make sure the wheel is actually tight and u just didn't bottom out the lugs
