In those pics thety havent been touched all i have done is cut the front 10' off so it sits behind the front lca mount and havd to make 2 nootches on the rail that lays agnst the floor for the seat bolts im sure it will be the same on the passenger side. Im going to score the lines where those releifs are becaust that is one of the bend points and the the tail that sits past the spring in the rear will have to be bent up. As as per the write up it will have to be notched and bent to sit flush in the rear where the spreing perch box is mated to the frame idk if im going to do that or not its only like a small gap i can juts press it up and tack it.

Ok so I decided to go a different route than the write up on here on how to do this I found some weld through corrosion inhibitor that I got from the body shop we use at work. So my plan is to dress the entire frame down to metal coat it in this stuff and then go from there. I also have some Seamsealer we use at our shop to find between the welds and seal it. And then rubberized undercoat. I am going to do a write up when I'm done. Because I feel that the other write up missed some important " mother ****er ! " moment things where you're going to be mad that you have to take it back down and make the adjustments

We'll passenger side rail is striped and coated with weld thru and the stiffies are coated. Waiting till they dry then the drivers rail is next. Question do I need to support the frame on jacks with the wheels off the ground?

Ok so it should be sitting flat on the wheels right. The write up lead me to believe that I would be needing to jack it up by the front and rear frame rails which seems like a bad idea to me as that would cause undue stress in the areas I'm welding.

Well I ****ed it up. Thought I had everything line up but now one bolt for the cross member is off can't put the crossmember up now. Might have to call in a pro well I'm going to get it fixed in the morning and then I might take it to a shop to have the other side installed. Not really comfortable welding to the uniframe
