What kinda lift is this? Or is this normal ? I new so I dont know what im looking at this is the front suspention

Thanks will these give me bad flex? If so what size springs can I replace them with? I did the measurements and my xj sit 41/2 inches over stock

If they are lifting the jeep 4.5" you will need 4.5" lift spring to replace them. They are affecting flex some but not much. If the sway bars are connect when wheeling that is affecting flex more. Also I'll bet you have stock length springs also reducing amount of available flex.

Ten for I have some springs some aa guy gave me he said they were for a 41/2 inch lift .can you tell me howtall they should be ?

well that looks like a 3" spacer
to answer your question, spacer do not add or take away from flex... they thex the same as they would with any other coil
