Default Wanting to install stock bucket seats for my rear seats

I'm wanting to put the same seats that are in the front of my 2000 XJ as the back seats also, didn't know if anyone had a write up on this or not

You might have to fab up some brackets and create some floor mounts. I would love to see something like this

There's no room in the back and I personally love the feel of the stock seats so I say hey why not

Just curious as to why you want to do that? You will make the rear seat unfoldable/unremovable, loosing your cargo carrying capacity. Also now you could fit 3 people in the back. Just wondering.

Just answered my question while I was typing. So pretty much "just because"

3 people in the back just plain sucks. And I was just thinking the OP will get this mod done and have to transport something that needs the seats to fold down

Have you been one of the three people in the back seat? LOL its because the back seat sits too high and the roof is too low, the back seats plain suck, and for me I rarely have the back seats down, but I had not thought about how my storage space would be lost but since I'll be fabricating myself I can always try and make an easy release to pull those seats out maybe or just lay them all the way back, I'm just looking out for my back seat passengers ha
