Default Want to make my own spring spacers..any drawings?

I would like to make my own budget lift spacers and wondered if anyone had any drawings or prints they would like to share? Im looking for a 2 1/2-3" lift. Thanks

Well I have access to equipment and materials. More than enough experience to make these parts on at least 4 different machines. Im thinking aluminum or delrin for the spacers. Thanks for the print.

What about outside diameter of the white circle and the diameter of the gray circle?

It's all on there, od is 4.250 subtract the .625 wall thickness off to find lower od where the tapered portion opens up to and your good to go.

The id is tapered but for the life of me I can't remember if it's tapered the entire length of the id or if there is some "land" (forgive the took&die terminology) near the top of the spacer. They do install with the larger id to the bottom, spring side.

Just my two cents but I if you're deadset on building them I'd go with aluminum or steel as opposed to delrin. I've done some maching with it on some government work, and it just seems like it would be to brittle for the stresses involved.
