Viper Keyless entry not working

Viper Keyless entry not working
Product: viper 5706V
I got an security/autostart/keyless mod in my xj, the security and autostart work perfectly but I have never gotten the keyless entry to work. I know my jeep doesn’t have the control panel under the dome light . I’ve swapped out both driver and passenger window modules.
do I need to get the dome light motherboard to get it to work or can I wire it in somewhere else
