Depending on which kit you are running you may not be able to flip it without replacing the passenger side tie rod end. Drag link length will depend on lift height and also plan on removing or moving the sway bar link tabs if you run a sway bar.

You may also have to relocate you track bar at the axle. I'm not sure why but I have been looking at steering stuff the past week to replace mine. All the companies that sold OTK state that you TB mount may need relocation.

because when you raise the drag link and tie rod to OTK, it puts them up a bit higher, and it makes your angles off. JKS sells the axle side trac bar mount i run it on my jeep
