OK this is what I am doing I have a Powertrax No-Slip, Grand Cherokee backing plates for rear disk brakes and, last ordering a Ruff-Stuff differential cover. Would there be anything else that would be a good idea to do while the rear end? Thought or links would be appreciative. Also I hope the Powertrax is that much better then the Aussie. Reason Aussie wont be back in stock until January because they can't get the right quality metal.

Ya I got stuck with the aussie made with the weaker metal... chewed up the teeth on both sides of the inner cam gears, to where it wouldnt lock even going strait down a dirt road! be glad you didnt got that route!

sounds like a good start to a 8.25

another thing you can do even though you picked a good starting upgrade point would be chromoly axleshafts, weld the tubes around where they meet the pumpkin, and truss it then in my opinion just as strong as any ford 8.8 swap...

the way you have it, it will hold 35s just fine, unless youre going bigger than that you might as well not bother with chromo shafts. And if youre concerned with it, carry an extra shaft
