Default Unibody stiffner/long arm question!!

Okay folks, this may be a dumb question but, I have to ask it. With the long arm brackets on the unibody, would you cut the stiffners and install before and after the brackets? Or remove the long arm set up, weld the stiffners in and then redrill the holes for the brackets?

I purchased a mig and plasma cutter so now I am ready to install some stiffners and I have had this question on my mind for awhile and needed to ask! Thanks..

Depends on the arms. I installed my rock krawler brackets over my stiffeners.

It's all good! I am not a fan of Rusty's either but, I bought the XJ with the lift on it so I will leave it as is for now and spend the money on other mods..

I would do the frame stiffeners first then bolt the long arm mounts over them.

That's what I will end up doing and then get a better long arm set up and sale the Rusty's.
