Default Turbo performance gains on stock 4.0?

So who has ACTUAL numbers for this? Average size turbo (nothing "ginormous") on an otherwise bone stock '99+ 4.0? Looking for a dyno run on youtube hasnt really worked. Even the ones ive found dosent really state whether its otherwise stock. Actually most are strokers... I have quite the "turbo itch" right now... i'll put one on the riding mower if I got to...

Go check out NAXJA's "street and performance" section.

He got too excited or something, forgot to search.

I hope the OP is willing to put some decent effort in, otherwise this could go poorly.

Here you go:

I'm sure you could make this work for a XJ. The engine bay isn't that much different.

EDIT:

Here's another one and it has a dyno graph.

Probably because everyone that asks this will never do it, has zero knowledge of doing it and doesn't want to take the time to figure it out or even has the money to do it.
