Hello all,

I have a 99 XJ and am swapping in a WJ steering pump. I pulled a 2001 steering pump from the junkyard, but did not realize that this particular swap must be done from a V8 WJ. In my haste at the yard, I cannot remember whether or not the jeep I pulled the pump from was a V8 or an I6. The only numbers I can make out from the pump are 10140A which turns up nothing on Google, and 2061607F which turns up the same pump on Google, but A1 cardone says it is compatible with both the V8 and the I6 model. Pics below. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

 

Did it have a tiny oil cooler attached to it? If not I6, if it did V8.
