Trunk Problem!

Trunk Problem!
Im having trouble with my truck, Only one side of the truck struts are working. Whenever i put my other one back on, it snaps off. Also btw the part connected to the body of the Jeep, wobbles. Should I weld the truck strut so it wont pop off???

you need to post some pics of the place that the struts are disconecting cause there is a safety pin on each end of the shocks that prevent them from loosing from strut mount on the hatch , maybe you are not using this pin in the pic you can see that the pin is letter C , check that you are inserting it in the ball stud...

i have the pin inside, it looks like from that picture actully the "A" is worn out, thanks for the image. ill try replacing that part

if that is the issue then it will be no problem on soldering that part , there is no use of that unless you are changing the struts and they come with the new ones , so you can solder those ...
