TL;DR Have an ARB H4 harness. Installed new LED housings, have high beams only with headlight switch on, and headlights die when flipped to hi-beam.

I do have factory fogs but my old set of H4 halogens functioned flawlessly between low/hi/fogs.

Swapped in housings, used pigtails to swap pinout so the red/blk/ylw were feeding the correct pins.

I do have a new harness on the way (the ARB is billed as a toyota harness and has 3 relays vs the traditional 2, and one of the connectors decided to nuke itself on a bulb) but i'm hoping to remedy for the time being.
