For the front gap that lets air and crap hit the inside odbthe door use a cut to fit pool noodle.

that's what I did -- one noodle, cut in half.. just mash it between fender and body... works fairly well.. I also wirebrushed inside the bottom of the fender where it bolts to the body and threw a bunch of herculiner in there to keep the rust down.. I do miss my wheel well liners a bit. Amazing how much gravel/dust/crud you kick up into the engine compartment. Worries me a bit with my CAI, but I've never had a problem. The little air dam I fabbed seems to do the trick. I wish I could find a black pool noodle to match my black/white motif, but I had to settle for bright blue.

You can use the noodle to fill in and then use the spray foam... I think it's called Great Stuff. Something like that to fill in the fronts and that dries hard. Then beeline over that.

tj flare will clear 33's if you trim your xj fenders and they ar pretty cheap to pick up from most JY. There is a good write up on JP magazines website that has a good bit of pics and looks good.
