I've seen a lot of pictures of guys changing the Transfer case handle but how do you get the stock leather handle off? I've tried pulling on it but it doesn't move, I was able to get the shifter **** off but not the transfer case handle.

 

Take the bezel off and look at it... There is a cotter pin in it, pull it out and it'll slide out. Mine falls out all the time.
