Default Track bar tie rod end problem - machinist help needed ASAP

So I got my new Rusty's adjustable track bar today, supposedly good for 2.75" to 5" lift. Not quite. I can't get enough adjustment out of it. (Its too long) I REALLY need to put more threads on the tie rod end so the jam nut will go farther towards the frame mount (left). Does anyone know where I can have someone extend the threads? (I'm near Portland OR) These are metric left handed threads.. I have tried several machine shops and fab shops with no luck. Rusty's is gonna hear some *****ing from me tomorrow. Why couldnt they have just threaded the damn thing the whole way to start with?? Here's what I'm up against.. Any help and advice is very much appreciated..

you could try to find a tap and die kit with the die you need, then finish the threads yourself.

Yes using stock frame mount, and no its not bottoming because I've cut it off and shortened it. It would be nice if I could run down to Napa and get a new one but its not your average TRE

So where do you find a left handed fine thread metric die kit?? Even if I cold find one, it would probably be more expensive than the scrap metal I just bought from Rusty's
