Hey guys,
Got a 2000 4.0 XJ with a 3 inch lift and 31s. Currently doing an axle swap and in my stupidity drilled the track bar relocation hole skew.
Would it be a stupid idea to try and ream out the hole and use the new location anyway?
I'm assuming I run the risk of bad death wobble. Anyone done this?

If you have access to a welder, you could fit a washer of the correct bolt size where you wanted to correct the track bar position, and then weld it to the mount I'd think. That'd keep the bolt from walking to either side.
Edit: I just thought, depending on the trackbar you have, you could also upgrade and use a different adjustable bar with a larger bolt? i think my Clayton bar needed the stock hole enlarged to 9/16
Edit2: After thinking some more over my morning coffee, I think if you have access to a welder the best option would be a get a piece of plate around the same thickness as the original mount (1/8'?) and replate the whole bracket with the new hole drilled where it need to be, rather than trusting just a washer to handle the stress. Depends on how hard you intend to wheel it I guess.
