Default Track bar issues..... Again

So I got a iron rock off-road track bar and I installed it and got it all alighned at a 4x4 shop. And my steering wheel tightened up I had better response and everything was fine.... Until I noticed it loosening some, so I went under it again and found that the bolt on the axle side is loose. So I torqued it back up and withing 200 miles the bolt loosens itself up again..... What can I do to keep it tight? I'm afraid to be driving and it come completely off, this is my DD!

The permanent stuff. Or replace the nut, it may not be the proper fit if it wiggles.
