I've always liked the ironman stuff but never looked at track bars from em, that thing is badass!

Just make sure you are not in a hurry. Took awhile to fab it and ship it but I'd rather have it built by someone that knows what they are doing. I got mine in about 2 weeks of ordering.

How about this one, I got a bar, not certain what brand... used, really hard time finding the replacement tie rod... after about a year of abuse it looks like the diff mount hole is tearing a little bit? Thinking about getting a known and reputable branded Adjustable trac bar but need some advise on reinforcing the mount? Or replacing the mount?

I still don't have one at 6.5. I just extended and beefed the axle mount. Flexes great and no worries about bushings blowing out. My other xj has a 6.5 RC long arm and it's track bar bushings are blown out after prolly less than 1000 miles, but I wheeled it hard

Just re-drill the hole to the right 3/4" and bolt it back up. Works perfect for me.

rockkrawler. why? its one of the few that runs larger than stock bolts. whats the point of running a beefy trackbar when the stock bolts will fail first? thats like making a chain out of half inch diameter links but using 1/8 inch diameter links at the ends.

X2. Also jks has a larger than stock bolt. Isn't the saying you are only as strong as your weakest link. Buy a product that everything is beef on it do don't have to worry about it breaking

X3 on that ironman one. only problem I had was tightening the upper bolt, but it got there eventually. and it's getting welded in like suggested soon anyways lol.

I am running the rough country HD without any problems. The best thing you can do is get rid of the stock upper ball joint type mount. My experience with them is that they wear out prematurely and break to easily.
