I posted this over at the OEM forum earlier but I'm in need of an answer ASAP and no one seems to want to answer me over there.
My TPS is acting up real bad and I was having a problem with reving past 3k for a while which I just kind of brushed off because it wasn't throwing any codes. However, now it's really failing and throwing a code. I've heard that a lot of talk about aftermarket TPS failing right out of the box and I should go with a mopar unit. I don't really want to pay for a mopar because I'm a broke college student, so my question is: would any of the TPS on RockAuto be a sufficient replacement?

Stick with the better brand units like GP Sorgeson or BWD. Those are as close to stock as you can get. As for "failing", most don't know how to properly adjust the TPS unit on the Renix models so they deem them as junk.
