These: http://www.quadratec.com/products/76045_802.htm. There may be cheaper options from the aftermarket as well. You can also keep your eyes peeled in the for sale section of CF, craigslist and junk yards for used or factory tow hook brackets.

I picked up my front tow hooks from rustysoffroad.com they ran around 90 dollars after shipping and I was able to use them with and aftermarket bumper. 100% bolt on

yea I know the bracket mounts to the frame, I just wanted to make sure I wouldnt have to modify the bumper for them to fit.
I found the rugged ridge model here for $82 after shipping http://thejeephut.com/heavy-duty-tow...e-p-32135.html

I got them, but havnt put them on yet. The jeep hut left off my apartment number on the address, after contacting them they made me track down FedEx and fix their mistake. They should bolt right on, no drilling, but you do have to take the bumper off.
I assume that you mean that you have to remove the bumper and then reinstall as part of the installation process, not that they are incompatible with the bumper...?
