There's not really a way to tell without being there to see it as every vehicle is different. Someone else may of had the same problem and could tell you what they did, but it may not turn out the same for you.

do you have aftermarket control arms? aftermarket trackbar? did you trim youre fenders for 4.5 and 33s? if you did all of these things and the arms and trackbar are adjusted correctly you should have minor to no rubbing.
i still have some minor rubbing at 5 inchs with 33 x12.50 on 15x8 rims with 4 inch backspace. but thats because my trackbar is not adjusted correctly.
how much does youre lift measure up front. actual measurement?

Control arms would help, You can also limit the wheels from rubbing while turning by adjusting the axle stops on the knuckles. You will lose turning radius but wont rub

why does everyone say "oh just turn out the stops, and limit how far your jeep can turn"? 3.75 is fine anyway, it's not gonna be rubbing the lower control arms if it's aligned right, so don't bother trying to "limit your turning radius". How high is your lift? I saw someone mention 4.5" but not sure where they got that... if that's the case, you got some trimming to do. And like others have said... if the trackbar isn't adjusted right, your axle isn't centered, that can cause alot more problems too. SO...
WHERE is it rubbing? how high is your lift? is it long arm or short arm? how much have you trimmed? is everything aligned properly?

where its rubbing is the key to this question. To me, with the severity of the rub he makes out and 3.75 backspacing, sounds like the fenders have not been trimmed at all.

you can get spacers for $75-$200 for all four, depending if you get them used or new and what brand and how much spacing you get.

Like the others said... spacers aren't going to help with fender rubbing at all. may actually make it worse, because the outside of the wheel moves further forward and backward when turning when you move them outwards like that. 3.75" of backspacing has them already pretty far out there.

i didnt know where they were rubbing, wasnt sure if it was the inner wheel well. i had the same problem with mine and i just trimmed the fenders to stop the rubbing. since he mentioned spaced i though it was rubbing else where.
