I like the Fierce tread design, but I couldn't get them in a 35x12.50r15 size. The taller sizes I found were in d & e weight ratings.

Those are E's, and I am a tire distributor and have trouble getting 15's anymore at all....

Since you never really told us what kind/how often you go offroading, I still say your best bet would be drag radials. Slicks.

Mickey Thompson Baja Claws great traction, not as loud as you'd think. Wear down quicker then i'd like it, is the only complaint i got

I'm looking for average all around off-roading and minor street use, noise isn't a problem for me

I run summit mud dogs 33x12.50x15. Its a studable snow tire I've ran for 2 summers and there's still 9/32 out of 11 new. Its a decent luggy tread with some nice road noise ...they are considerably cheaper that a tier 1 name. And in my opinion just as good. I work at a tire shop and deal with every tire imaginable. There's a similar tire called a maxxis buckshot which is almost identical.

I use my rigs for trails with some highway driving, but mostly trails so I only put about 10000 miles if that much a year on my trail rigs. With two trail rigs, I don't put that many miles on the tires maybe 7500 on the Cherokee a year. So I'm more interested in strength and traction than the mileage I get out of a set of tires. 3 Ply sidewalls, C load rating, and a little softer rubber compound with an aggressive tread pattern is what I look for in a trail tire

Some decent all terrain tires would be what your most likely looking for.

Do you drive the truck on or off road more?

Bridgestone Dueler A/T (REVO2/693/695), Wranger Duratrac, Dayton Timberline A/T, General Grabber AT2, also heard the new RED letter grabbers are amazing.

I've got the Dueler A/Ts siped and they are OK for light mud. Anything more than halfway up the tire and you'll have trouble.

I heard the red letters aren't very good for mud
