I have the Kevlar Mtr"s. I love them. I just wish they were louder on the street. Mine take serious beating offroad and never fail. I will definately be getting another set , this time in 35s. There is a reason so many professional rigs use these. No complaints from me.

Never heard of this. My sidewalls never gave in. I climbed onto rocks and roots in very tight spaces where the tire climbed just on the sidewall with the edge of the rock literally going into the tire side and never popped. Actually the sidewall strenght is the main reason I will stick with this tire. I have seen firsthand what it does. Maybe others were not so lucky o maybe its one of those "friend of a friend of a friend" kind of things.

Get the Goodyear mtrs, they are the best tires I have ever owned!!! Great on the street, they look awesome, and they grab great offroad. And km2 are the gayest looking bfg mt ever made...

My next tire is the Goodyear mtr. Those seem to be excellent tires.

Im also thinking on getting the MTR-Kevlar's in 35" flavor. But my question to those who are already running them,.. what's the tread life like on a daily driven rig on the streets, but then driven off road only on the weekends?

I don't wanna be replacing them soon because they wear fast if driven on the street. That's what happened to my old tires, only got 35,000 miles out of my Mickey's Baja radial Claws. That just plain sucks. Way to much money for only that amount of millage.

Sorry cant help you on that one. They came with my Jeep and I had them for 1.5 years but only put about 4000 miles on them. They look like the day I got them.

I Never heard of anyone that actually has them complaint about them. Sounds like people would say that they put a hole in a sidewall of an MTR Kevlar to make them sound cool and hardcore or something ?
Sure it could happen, but way less likely then most tires out there.

My 10 ply's don't vibrate at all on the road before 80mph. After they vibe a little. Mines my DD.
