You are correct. Thorn Turds suck off road. They look really agressive from the side and they have no lugs on the face so they are quiet on the road. They are great for a street cruiser / show truck.

Km2s!!!! They look awesome and they do great offroad in just about everything and also have good road manners! There is a reason they are the number one mud terain tire!

Yeah i agree. i wonder how well they perform in sand.
They will suck just as bad in sand as they do in mud or snow. The sidewalls don't flex very well, the same as all bias ply tires.

You're right, I should have stated that they don't flex as well as a radial tire, unless they are aired down really low, as in single digits.

You must not have had or heard a set..lol Thornturds are loud! All in all those tires suck all the way around suck off road and on and even worse on wet roads.

I've had good experience with Treadwright's Guard Dog tread in mud. I like their Puma for an all-terrain tire.
