In the pic I posted, that's the 1.5" on 33s. My wheels have 3.75" backspacing, tires never rubbed. You're gonna have to measure for the bumpstops, I think mine were around 2" up front, using hockey pucks in the springs as the extension. Dont know how much of an extension the rear was, there were no rear bumpstops at all when I started on mine.Originally Posted by pntbller89
The wheels I'm getting have a 4" backspace. And about how much larger bump stops do I need for the 33"s? And methods of trimming? I work with power tools all day every day but what would I use? Plasma cutter? Sawzall? High speed grinder? I'm a bit sloppy with the plasma cutter
For trimming, I did a cut and fold. Tin snips and a hammer.

I'm at 3-3.5 " lift the only place I rub is lower control arms , but I have stock rims . I am going to do alittle trimming very bottom rear of the wheel well and the stock bumper ends just to be sure everyone plays nice when I do get new rims with proper backspace .
