Which SYE

I'm fixing to order my sye but i'm not sure which one to get from AA.
I'm confused about the 1310, 1350, and 1300/1410 flange yoke?

98 4.0 np231

go to JB conversions. its a better yolk thats included. and its a 1310 by the way
