Just installed it few hours ago, driveing around I hear front end clicking, pull over at a parking lot and I pull on the sway bar and it has movement, I also noticed when I installed it that the new brackets have the saw bar off by like 1/4 inch from where it sat

You should check by hand or pry bar to make certain all links and main bar is tight. As far as the picture its nothing to worry about. Also check your track bar to make certain its not moving. You may have to get someone to help you eyeball it.

And just an FYI. Sway bars are not needed on a cherokee.
