Default Sway bar

So my right front of the jeep is lower than the left front. Just wanted to know if the sway bar is disconnected on the left front would it cause the right front to lower a bit? Or could it be something else.

This is what the sway bar looks like, they should either both be connected or both be disconnected. The sagging is probably worn out coils or a low tire
