Default suspension arms aren't fitting

ok so i'm doing my front lift and i can't seem to get the arms to fit, either the bottoms go in fine and the tops are too short or the tops go in fine and the bottoms are too long, every time i try pushing or forcing it the coil gets bent all ugly and stuff, i took the old lowers and upper arms off my donor cherokee(87) and they are the exact same length as my recipient cherokee(92) which is STOCK, there just a little beefier which is why i'm so inclined to transfer them over, would it be easier if i took all the arms off of the body and bolted them to the diff' and went from their, or keep them bolted to the body and make the diff' go where it needs to go.. thanks everyone ahead of time for you're input!!

Gonna use then to pull the axle in position to bolt up the rest of the arms.

I have stock uppers and recently replaced the stock lowers with longer fixed arms. I dont have any ratchet straps so I just took one of the control arm bolts and slide it through the lower control arm mount on the axle. Then I took a cheater bar/ metal tube and slide it between the axle tube and the bolt, when pulling up on the bar the axles caster angle becomes more positive. I put a floor jack under the end of the metal tube and jacked the jack up until one of the lower control arms slide into place. Once one is in place you can remove the jack, cheater bar, and mount bolt and install the other lower control arm.
