Suggestions for Bump Stops
Right now my cherokee is at 6.5 LA and running 35's....only major issue i am having right now is my bump stops are too short....for the front i was planning on cutting it and welding a round tube to make it longer....but for the rear im not too sure if i want to make a spacer for the OEM bump stop or to weld something onto the current axle i am running to reach the bumpstop itself....any ideas? Maybe someone else has done something i havent seen
thanks!
thanks!

I used large rubber mallet heads up front, cut to length with a sawzall & gorilla glued.
In the back I used pressure treated 2x4's and longer bolts, to space out the stock stops.
Actually i used the Isuzu Rodeo bumps from the bastard pack donor vehicle. They are really close to the stock XJ stops.

heres my rear bumps.
3.5" progressive poly bumpstops that hit dpg adjustable bumpstop plates.
i had to space them down a little bit, thats just some reciever hitch tubing. off the plated framerail.
I love it
in the front i have the same bumps that are mounted to my truss and hit the framerails. it works great for hard, straight hits, but isnt outboarded enough to keep the tires out of the fenders without hurting flex, so i also run some hockey pucks like everyone else does
