stupid spacer question

Default stupid spacer question

how do i remove my aftermarket bumbstops in order to slide the extra spacer for the coil off. there are currently 2 spacers but for my new coils i only want one.

hard to see, but you get the general idea. i need to remove the bumpstop in order to slide one of those spacers off.

Just pull on it and it will pop out

the two spacers themselfs are loose, and can move seperatly up and down about 6 inches. towards the bottom of the bump stop is a flared edge and the spacers wont fit past there. i cant tell if the bump stop is threaded on there or what...

No the bump stop just pushes in. Are the spacers urithane? Like flexible, then just take a hammer and knock it over the lip

Wait are you talking about the rubber bump stop or the tube that the bump stop goes into?

im talking about the piece the bumb stop goes onto..
in this picture its the black peice.. i got one to spin but it doesnt seem threaded

they will not slide over the black cylinder(1 up from the bump stop)... between the bumpstop and shiny aluminum cylinder
