You don't need high RPM to be able to use boost. That's why diesels only spin at 4k rpm. It all depends on the setup.
I have had pretty extensive turbo schooling. I will be fabing a turbo for my XJ, along with my bike and my wifes Wrangler. But I sure as hell wont slap any turbo on a Jeep 4.0 and run 5 lbs without anything else. You'll need a few gauges, a rising rate fuel pressure regulator, some way to monitor knock, and a few other things. Same for a s'charged motor. You can't just stick stuff on and go. It may work for a run or two, but it'll quickly fail.

Tiny turbo would work well for low RPM, but IMO a roots would outdo it since you only need RPM to build boost. At part throttle and low RPM you can get good boost with a roots blower, unlike a turbo where you arent going to be getting good boost at part-throttle unless you give up A LOT of full throttle range. If youre spooling a turbo by 2k at part throttle that sucker is going to choke out very early at full throttle

No offense I know there's different people out I believe turbos need to stay on cars or something that is goin to be revving out hard alot but some like crawling a. Root charger or stroker would be the best bc you don't usualy full throttle it in a rock all the time but turboes are good for racing lbut chargers are good for low end power especially with a good pulley setup and tune

Here's where the problems start. I can say with the right compressor housing and the right fuel maps a turbo can out perform any s'charger. And it can.
Here is something else to think about. Part throttle is suggesting less power. So if your at part throttle there should be no need for any power added at all. Which is what's nice about a turbo. Especially one with an electric boost controller and external wastegate.

Yea I know turboes I have built a turbo car I have a supra and I like the turbo bc its streetable and fast when I want it. To be but its also a car so im not goin on rocks and stuff

Like I said. Its all about the build. If you really had a Supra and actually learned about that car and how turns work you'd know all about it.
And just cuz you had an 80 something Supra doesn't mean you know dick about turbo setups.
But this is going even further off topic. So let's start another turbo thread to discuss this and get closed.

I have mark three and a deisal is a different story no one is goin to build a 4.0 with diesal compression I also help other people build there cars bc im go to guy around where I live and im just goin to say for a jeep run a stroker or charger unless youe like mud racing in it or something but that's my two cents we could talk alday about turbos and setups and never get through them all and I would say running s charger on a jeep would be easier because you don't have run piping and intercoolers

Ill put one on later its got a stock ct26 turbo with stock intercooler but full three inch exhaust and stage two crower cams and valve springs. 1.4 mm titan motor sports head gasket and arp head studs and fuel controller that was my first car I've had two jeeps now but that car is still in the pprocess of becoming nice and it needs paint and interior work but its hard to find interior parts for a mkiii supra I have a extra engine im planning on doing full blue pprinted build on one day just money is getting tight
