Strange noises after lift!

Strange noises after lift!
I just finished installing 3" Rough Country Lift With Full Leafs on my jeep tonight and now its making some strange noises and vibrations. First off it slightly vibrates all the time and its seems like there is more hesitation while starting from dead stops definitely drive train related, the other issue is say im going 50 and coasting as soon i touch the gas there is a quick grinding sort of sound coming from the rear...
Any Help or Ideas would be Awesome.
