Default Stranded on side of road with wobble

hey all I know there are a ton of questions when it comes to wobbles but I still am stuck on side of road.
So the question is I'm driving down highway at 55mph totally fine, hit a little bump and the death wobble is extreme. This happens in the speed range 45-55 to scared to try faster. It's not all the time just when the suspension gets agitated.

Stats: 4.5" lift, 33"s
Was having a similar issue 1.5 months ago, tires were balanced and alignment done (problem decreased by a lot but still could feel a very small shake around same speeds)
New track bar tie rod end, new pitman arm tie rod end (2.5 months old)

Thanks all, I don't know what else to do besides ask. I want my jeep off the side of I-90

control arm bushings, ball joints. Double check the torque on your track bar mounting bolts.
