Default steering wheel vibrating

not sure if this is right place to post this question. is was running stock rims on 35s with spacers unbalanced tires and it was driving just fine but recently when I installed the same tires on some cheap black steel rims forgot the brand but everyone has them, anyway I got the tires balanced and mounted and now it drives just as strait down the road but I can feel the steering wheel want to yank a little back and forth like the tires are unbalanced. and ive looked and tried but it seems like I cant get the new rims centered on the hub. before I knocks the weights off the tires 2 see if the tires guy didn't balance them right has anyone had this problem? and the faster I got the faster it yank the wheel back and forth till is starts vibrating. its not speed wobble, it drives strait

used steel rim? probably bent. try rotating the tires and see if it changes. if so its probably the rim.. assuming that they did indeed balance it correctly. not all shops can handle bigger tire balancing..
