Welp, as many of you I broked some steering box bolts and the spacer and was looking online to check the prices then I thought I could just make one lol.
The aftermarket ones look simple enough. some steel and some washers/nuts welded it the plate outta do it right? I already made my bumper brackets so that should be plenty of reinforcements I'd hope lol.
Any input is appreciated

Yea, i made my own. I used old gun barrel and cut 3 pieces off to create the spacers and then welded them only a 3/16 plate of steel, my old one was still good so i used it as a layout for where to cut, if yours is **** then you can just shave the plate down and keep throwing it up there to make the holes. All it does is space the steering box so as long as you have something there then your fine. You can weld the pieces to the barrel just by a tac, it only has to hold until it gets up there and tightened.

I made mine also but i run a durango gear box so mine had to be spaced even more then the aftermarket ones... I used 3/16 plate and 1x1 square tubing with a washer welded on the end to center the bolts when ran threw... It was all scrap i had laying around... Measured the thickness from stock and added what length was needed for the durango and cut my 1x1 from that...
