srt8 fuel injectors
I have a 2000 xj with the 4.0. I was recently given some new yellow end Chrysler injectors with 4 holes. I looked up the part number and they belong to the srt8. Anyone know if these will work in my 6 without modifying anything? I know nothing about injectors.

Do the connections match what is currently in your jeep? The other thing would be how powerful they are, which is usually indicated in pounds/hour.
Quick google search said that srt8 injectors are 30lbs/hr, and xj's (varied throughout the years) peaked at 22ish lbs/hr. Unless you're running extra engine mods that necessitate the need for moar fuel, these wont work: they'll just dump extra fuel into the cylinders.
I could be wrong, im not an engine tech, hopefully someone will chime in. Good luck!
