spring help

ok so i just put a 2 in spacer in and i couldnt get the spring retaining bolt back on is that a problem i figured it wasnt gunna move but any advice is greatly appreciated

I dont run mine and havent had a problem yet. Weahter or not its the right thing to do, i havent had a problem yet.
