I want a 2.5 mandrel bent down pipe........there are no shops anywhere close that can do it......actually I haven't found one at all not just within driving distance that can do it

It seams like a wast of money to have a nice header, high flow cat and muffler with a nice smooth mandrel bent tail pipe......with a restricting down pipe in the middle of the mix....sounds stupid right? It would be nice to have some consistency down the line not just for performance but it looks half *****, like you didn't finish your work like a kid put it together.

Do you have a welder? You can buy your own mandrel bent 90's and 45's and fit them together to make you're own down pipe.

Very few shops have actual mandrel benders because they cost a ton of money and most people are happy with just crush bent exhaust. Where I live, I haven't found a shop anywhere within driving distance that has a mandrel bender.

That was the only thing I did find but I wanted to have it as one piece

It just doesn't make any sense to have a "kink in the hose"

Just curious, how big it the outlet on your header? I measured mine (aftermarket) and it's only 2-1/8". What do I need to do to attach a 2.5" downpipe?

I wouldn't put so much emphasis on it being mandrel bent. Just having an un-kinked pipe should be enough.

What have you done to upgrade the intake side of things?

You are not going to be able to make it with a 2.5" until after the kinked area. The drive ling won't clear it. After that you can use an adapter from 2.25 to 2.5
