I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what could be going on, perhaps the driveline needs new joints and balanced. But I shimmed it correctly and the vibs are coming from my seat not my steering wheels so I know its not death wobble or anything with the steering.
I have a 5.5 RE Short arm kit with drop brackets. 33 MT's. I had 4* shims in but had vibs so I jumped to 6 and I still have them but the angle is damn near perfect I am at 18 on the driveline and 17 on the pinion.
Just looking to see if anyone had any ideas before calling Tom Woods for a driveline.

If your feeling it in the seat your front drive shaft probably needs u joints and balancing. Glad you have sye on the rear. You mentioned you have CAD brackets ; do you have adjustable arms? If not you probably need some to help dial in the caster / pinion angle. I would do a test: take off the front ds and see how it drives. You don't want to drive around with bad driveline vibes. Very bad for your pinion bearing and t case.
