Default Shake

When I'm going down the road above 35mph and hit a bump my jeep starts to shake really bad. When I slow down it stops.
I've replaced the tie rod ends and the steering stabilizer. I'm not sure what else could be causing this.

Get your wheels balanced. Could be bad bushings in your control arms too. bad ball ball joints possibly too. Every case of death wobble has a different solution.

Welcome to DEATHWOBBLE. make sure tie rod ends are tight. Make sure trackbar is tight. Check CA bushings. Alignment, and tires balanced.

Is the jeep lifted? Tire size? We need more specific info. Look here. I typed this up for another guy on here recently.

Check :
Adjustable track bar & make sure bracket is tight. Check Tre or heim on bar. Make sure the jam nut is on there and tight. Make sure the frame side isn't cracked around the bracket. Check axle side too.
Ball joints
wheel bearings
Tie rod
Drag link
Steering box & bolts
Pitman arm tre
Control arm bushings and CA bolts
Worn tires? Improperly balanced? Bent rim?
Front Sway bar should be connected and check the bushings & endlinks.
Find an alignment shop that handles lifted trucks
Dont throw steering stabilizers at it
You should be familiar with the procedure of having a friend turn the steering wheel back and forth while your under there looking for loose/ worn parts. Take your time thoroughly inspecting everything ive listed. Report back with your progress

Well im not suggesting that sway bars disconnected result in death wobble. Im just saying as long as your under there looking for worn parts take a look at those endlinks and bushings. Some guys don't run sway bars. That's cool. Just depends on how you drive and what the jeep is used for. Its just there to reduce body roll/ lean in turns.

4.5 rough country lift. 33.5x16 tires.
Track bar isn't adjustable
Tie rod ends are good
Drag link bar is good
Pitman arm tre is good
Control arm bushings are good
Ball joints are good
Wheel bearings seem good
Rims are good
Tires are good( for a little while longer anyway)
I balanced the tires this evening just to be on the safe side

I still have a few more things to check but that's what I've checked so far.

Ok your next priority should be getting an adjustable track bar. At 4.5" of lift without adjustment there's no way your front axle is centered under your jeep correctly. Keep in mind your track bar and drag link should be as parallel as possible to avoid bump steer. I would take a look at something beefy like ironmans track bar. IRO is good as well. Its common knowledge to avoid RC and rustys for track bars.

Ok. I'll look into getting one.
While I have your ear, would you know why when I hit a bump while turning the back end feels like it turns or shifts?

Check your front axle joints (U Joints) also. These and alignment were my wobble issue.

What's your shackle angle look like? Mine is near vertical, and I can feel the rear jump and bounce around on bumpy roads. I need a shackle relocation kit.

I think the steering box was the issue. 2 bolts were loose. I tightened them and I haven't had a problem since.
