i have heard good things about the serious steering. frank is a good guy to deal with too which helps alot. as for the utk vs. otk if you go onto seriousoffroads website you will see that for the over the knuckle it says:

You will need to modify your axle as follows in order to install and use this kit.

1.) The existing OEM track bar bracket must be removed and a new Over The Axle (OTA). This is not a bolt on component and the welding should be performed by a competent welder.

2.) Both passenger and driver side coil buckets will require trimming for proper Tie-rod clearance.

3.) OEM sway bar link mounts must be replaced with a suitable mount in order to use the OEM Sway Bar.
***CAUTION***
Failure to retain and use the Sway Bar can result in extremely dangerous body roll while cornering and/or loss of vehicle control during emergency lane changes or high speed maneuvering. Do not install this kit without ensuring that you will be able connect the sway bar prior to driving the vehicle.
