Seat airbag questions...
I found a nice set of heated leather seats for my XJ that came out of a wrecked '04 Honda Accord. The size and shape look good to fit so I'm excited but these came with factory airbags. The passenger side one deployed when it was wrecked but the stitching is designed to just come apart I guess? My questions are...
Can I just have it sewn back together or should I remove any other part of the air bag mech and have it filled in with something like foam to keep its shape? And for the undeployed drivers side...How should I go about removing it? All that's extra weight I really don't need and I'd hate to set it off accidentally. I've never dealt with airbags so I'm in unknown area for me...thoughts? Ideas?? Help!
Also... where could I get a hold of a wiring schematic for this car? I'd love to get the power and heat working before winter comes here in Germany.

I'd fill the the pass. Seat with foam and stitch it up, may want to put a board in there I don't know. Get a chiltons catalogue for the jeep. Will pretty much tell you everything! Other than that, search button may find some stuff, endless info. On this site!!

Thanks for the thoughts... I'd rather not get a chilton's book just for this...It would have to be for the Honda wiring not the Jeep. Guess I'll try Google or see if someone here has access to an AllData site. The wiring for the seats to the Jeep will be fairly normal but finding which wire in the seats does what is the challenge.
