S10 springs
So my wonderful stock leaf springs are sagging and are getting worse and worse so I put teraflex 1.5 inch lift shackles on to pick the back end up to stock height NOW I am going to do a budget lift 2inches nothing extreme and want new leaf springs SO my question is will leaf springs off an s10 blazer bolt right on to my xj??

You just cut the eyes off the S10 pack and bolt them right on. The problem is how much lift you get. Bastard packs are cheap and easy but can be tedious as you may find yourself redoing the pack to achieve the right height by mixing what leafs you use. Plenty of successful packs have been built this way and if you can bolt new leaf packs on you can do this.

Keep in mind that you might run into issues if you try to remove the leaf springs. If you do a bastard pack you only need to remove the u bolts and center pin.
I'm currently in the process of doing a s-10 bastard pack. Cut the eyes off of the s10 main leafs and drill the xj center pin holes out to 3/8's. Good to go.

So the XJ pin is a 16th of an inch smaller than the S-10 hole. Is that a significant problem if, say, you're adding one S-10 leaf to an otherwise totally XJ pack?
I'm only asking because I'm planning on doing exactly that, and I JUST bought the new XJ pins. And, yes, I'm THAT lazy.

In that case I would look from springs from a dodge Dakota and use those to build you pack instead. They use the same size center pin as our XJ leaves.

Idk. I'd still drill them if I was in your situation
